Hello, crafty friends!! Welcome to release day for The Ton’s April 2020 Release!! We are celebrating with a blog hop with lots of inspiration and a chance to win a stamp set!! There are 13 new stamp sets being released today, 3 with coordinating dies (with delayed shipping).

I have two cards to share with you today!! So many beautiful florals in this release!! I used the Bright Peony stamp set for my first creation…
I stamped the Bright Peony stamp set on white cardstock with Crystal Pewter Ink and second generation stamping for a super pale impression. I colored this beautiful bloom with Copics and colored pencils, trimmed one side slightly and adhered it to a strip of pearl pink cardstock and an A2 size cardbase.
The greeting was die-cut using “hugs” from Love & Hugs Word Plate Dies from white cardstock 3 times and blue pearl cardstock once. The remainder of the sentiment, from Spring Layered Alphas, was white heat embossed onto the same pearl blue cardstock, trimmed into a narrow strip and popped up with foam tape. A few Glass Slippers Sequins finishes off the card!
There have been so many stunning lilies released lately and I can’t get enough!! My second card features the Lily Fields stamp set…
For this one, I stamped the Lily Fields stamp onto white cardstock with Caviar Ink and colored it with Copics and colored pencils. I die-cut the panel with the largest of the Double Stitched Rectangle Dies (Lg) and again with the second largest. I popped up the frame with foam tape and adhered the center flat to the cardbase.
I die-cut “HUGS” using the Modern Alpha Dies three times from white cardstock and once from silver glitter paper. “Sending you strength and”, from Layered Floral Alphas was white heat embossed onto a dark blue cardstock strip and adhered with foam adhesive above the die-cut letters.
I am seriously IN LOVE with this color combo!!
