I have a card to share with you today featuring the August Small Die of the Month Kit from Spellbinders!!! Have you hopped on the mini slimline train?!? I am totally on board!!

I die-cut all of the components from navy, teal, yellow and white cardstock using the August Small Die of the Month Kit and a mini slimline card base which was die-cut from white cardstock with a die from last month’s kit. The background panel was adhered to a panel of teal cardstock, then a mini slimline card base.

The sentiment, from the August Stamp of the Month, was gold heat embossed onto a white hexagon die-cut and popped up in the center with foam tape. All of the layers from the die-cut hexagons were layered and adhered together, popping them into the outer two negative spaces with foam adhesive. I added a few gold rhinestones to some of the points on the hexagons for some shine, plus it tied in the gold heat embossing!!

That’s it!! Super easy!!
