Hey there!! It’s August 1 and that means there’s a new Fun Stampers Journey Stamp of the Month available!!
This month’s Book Worm stamp set is perfect for book lovers like me!! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve said “just one more chapter” and had my Kindle fall on my face…lol!! I combined it with the Book Worm Dies for my cards today!!
I began by stamping the images from the Book Worm stamp set onto white cardstock with Momento Tuxedo Black Ink, colored them with Copics and die-cut with the Book Worm Dies. (I did fussy cut the worm, as there isn’t a die included.)
After figuring out placement for my die-cuts, I stamped the sentiments with Versafine Onyx Black Ink.
Using a T-square ruler, I drew an outline about 1/2″ in from the edges with a black marker.
The die-cuts were popped up in the lower left corner with foam adhesive.
A sprinkling of confetti adds a little more color and ties everything together.
