Hello & welcome back to Day 3 of sneak peeks for Honey Bee Stamps four year anniversary celebration!! I’m so glad you’re here!! Have you been enjoying all the sneak peeks? Such an amazing release!!

I created a birthday card for my niece today. See, she absolutely loves cats and her favorite color is purple. So, this is perfect, don’t you think?

I began by stamping the images from Oh My Whiskers onto white cardstock with Momento Tuxedo Black Ink. Once all of the images were colored with Copics, they were cut out with the Coordinating Honey Cuts. The sentiment (how adorable is this?), from Purrrfect Sentiments, was white heat embossed onto lilac cardstock and cut out with the Purrrfect Sentiments Honey Cuts. The largest die from the Deckle Edge A2 Honey Cuts was used to cut a panel from Bristol paper. Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink was used with the cloud stencil for the background. I also blended some Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxides onto another panel of Bristol and die cut it twice with the Grass Border Honey Cut. I cut the bottom of the grass with the Deckle Edge A2 Dies, so they would line up nicely at the bottom. All of the elements were adhered with liquid adhesive and foam tape. A black glaze pen added a little shine to the kittens’ eyes.

I think my niece will love this card!! Her birthday isn’t until later in the year, but as soon as I saw this set, I knew I had to make her a card with it!! It’s purrrfect for any cat lover in your life!!
