Thanks – Honey Bee

Hello everyone!! Welcome back to my Tuesday project for Honey Bee Stamps!!

I just LOVE the Busy Bees stamp set & Coordinating Honey Cut Dies!! I have combined those & the Large Thanks Honey Cut Die with a few products from the latest release to create this adorable Thank You card. I began by blending Distress Oxide Inks onto smooth cardstock and die-cutting the panel with the A2 Double Stitched Honey Cut Frames. Next, the individual pieces from the Sunburst A2 Honey Cut Cover Plate were cut from yellow cardstock, ink blending the edges with Distress Oxide Inksbefore adhering to the blue panel. The Partly Cloudy Honey Cuts were used to cut the clouds from white cardstock. I stamped the bees from the Busy Bees set, colored with Copic markers, and then die-cut with the Coordinating Honey Cut Dies. The background panel was adhered to some black glitter paper, which was also used along with some white cardstock to die cut the Thanks with the Large Thanks Honey Cut DieAll the elements were arranged and adhered to the card panel, using foam adhesive to pop up the clouds and bees. The finishing touch was Nuvo Onyx Black Drops to create “trails” for the bees and a few drops around the sentiment.

Thanks so much for buzzing by today!! I truly LOVE the Busy Bees set & hope you do too…as I may have more projects up my sleeve with this adorable set!!!

Have a GREAT week!!!!
