Happy Thursday fiends!! I ran across a photo a while ago & couldn’t get it out of my head. The photo had white anemones with a beautiful blue coming out from each petal and the end of each of the stamen. I had the perfect stamp set from The Ton to try to replicate this beautiful flower…Anemone Cluster Mini Set. So I got to work…I stamped the Anemone Cluster Mini Set set onto white cardstock twice with Caviar Ink; then colored with Copic markers and colored pencils. I added the blue on the end of the stamen with a Souffle’ pen. The images were then cut out with the Coordinating Die. The sentiment is from Large Peony 4. It was stamped with Versamark and heat embossed with silver embossing powder onto a strip of polka-dot vellum. I selected a piece of blue cardstock that matched the flowers pretty closely. I wrapped the vellum sentiment strip around the blue panel and adhered it on the back. I added a strip of Silver Glitter Tape to each side of a top-folding note card, then adhered the blue panel. The die-cut images were adhered as shown with foam adhesive. Sequins from the Summer Skies Couture Mix were scattered around the die-cuts for the finishing touch.
