Hello, friends and welcome to Trinity Stamps Sweet Summer Celebration Release Blog Hop! The hop is chock-full of amazing inspiration from the design team and special guests using the brand new HUGE release!! My card today combines a couple of new products with some previously released goodies!!

I began by stamping the gnome from the It’s Sherbet Day (so punny!) onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. I colored him with Copic markers and cut him out with the Coordinating Die. I added some highlights with a white gel pen. The sentiment, from the same set, was white heat embossed onto black cardstock and cut out with its Coordinating Die.

Next, I die-cut the Ice Cream Cone Die Set from Bristol smooth cardstock and blended Distress Oxide Inks onto them to resemble rainbow sherbet and add dimension to the cone. I used Salty Ocean, Mowed Lawn, Mustard Seed, Carved Pumpkin, Festive Berries and Kitsch Flamingo for the sherbet and Vintage Photo for the cone.

I blended the same colors of ink onto a panel of white cardstock using one of the stencils from the Slimline Lots of Dots Stencil Set. It was die-cut with the slimline die in the Wonky Stitched Wilderness Slimline Die Set. The gnome and cone were popped up with foam adhesive and the sentiment was added to the sherbet with even more foam tape. Rainbow Fish Baubles were the perfect “sprinkles”!
