Happy April!! Welcome to the Scrappy Tails Craft’s Flower Shop blog and video inspiration hop! Today, we are hopping along to celebrate the launch of our new Spring Collection! Each designer along the hop will be showcasing new products from the release to hopefully give you ideas and inspiration for your Easter and Spring cards. Be sure to read to the end for the next stop on the hop and GIVEAWAY details!!

Let’s get to my project, shall we? These dies are so unique and full of little details to decorate your house or storefront however you please!!!! I created this adorable pop-up flower shop!!

I began by die cutting the main parts of the building from blue dot embossed, pink, gray, yellow and white cardstock using the A7 Storefront Pop Up Card Dies. I also borrowed some dies from the A7 Storefront Flower Shop Add On and the A7 Storefront Coffee Shop Add-On Die Sets to complete my shop!!

To save some time, some of the accessories were die-cut from white cardstock and colored with Copic markers. I could get the exact colors that I wanted and add little details that way!! Dimension was added to “florist” on the sign and the bicycle (how adorable is it, by the way?) by adhering white die-cuts behind them. I traced around the inner part of the sign die with a Copic multi-liner to create a border around it. I also added some gray pearls to the sign and bicycle.

The large window, table, curtains, lamp posts, step and rounded window are all from the A7 Storefront Coffee Shop Add-On Die Set. The bicycle, flowers, vessels and scripty “flowers” on the sign are from the A7 Storefront Flower Shop Add On. There is also a bundle to get all of the sets that I used here!!

The storefront is really simple to assemble!! Please visit the Scrappy Tails Crafts YouTube channel, as well as the other designers in the hop for assembly instructions!! It folds flat to fit into a 5″ X 7″ envelope for mailing!! I left the back of the card undecorated, as I plan to add a little notecard to the back to include my personal message.

I can’t wait to make a coffee shop with the A7 Storefront Coffee Shop Add-On Die Set!! I definitely recommend checking out the Storefront Bundle!! There are so many options and combinations to create unique pop-up shops!! There is also a Flower Stand Bundle and several stand alone dies in the release!!
