Happy Thursday and welcome to Day 1 of The Ton’s Fall 2021 Release!! All of the items debuting today and tomorrow will be available for pre-order tomorrow. They will begin shipping on September 22.
I have a Christmas card to share with you today featuring some of the products from this release!!
I began by stamping the Boundless Poinsettias Layering Stamps onto white cardstock using the following inks: Soft Garnet, Red Sangria, Valentine Red, Amber Citrine, Evergreen and Everglade Moss. I die-cut the image with the Coordinating Die, as well as two more layers from white cardstock to add behind the stamped one for dimension.
For the background, I die-cut the Fancy Folk Tree Coverplate Die from white cardstock and layered it over a reddish-pink cardstock panel. The poinsettia die-cut was adhered to the coverplate panel.
The sentiment was stamped onto white cardstock with Evergreen and Everglade Moss Inks using the Ribbons Holiday Stamp Set. It was cut out with the Ribbons Holiday Die and popped up with foam tape. “Christmas,” from the same stamp set, was stamped with Evergreen Ink and trimmed into a narrow strip. It was also popped up onto the front of the card with foam adhesive.
I can’t wait to use the Fancy Tree Coverplate Die as it was intended, but I thought it added a nice textured background behind my poinsettia bouquet!!
